This supplement gives me just the right amount of energy. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and it keeps me going just right. It helps me get things done and work steadily without feeling too tired. I really like this stuff. I definitely think you should try it out too. It's even better when you pair it with a mushroom supplement. It's just the right balance of focus and energy. It doesn't really have a taste, and it lasts nearly all day with just 1 pill, and even 2 if you need it. Plus, it's all natural!

Since I started using this in December 2025, I can visibly. See a reduction in my fine lines on my forehead. I also have longer nails. I use this in conjunction with a “Sports Research Collagen Peptides 10g/serving” powder. I bought this for my mom too. Before in January and after in May photo.

I've only had these for three days, taking them with just water late at night before I go to bed. It hasn't disturbed my sleep, but I did have a lot of energy, focus, and drive the morning after my first night of taking them. I don't believe this is a placebo effect, as I've tried various supplements this year in an attempt to alleviate my exhaustion and depression.The pills are large in size, but not difficult to swallow. The four active ingredients are beta-nicotinamide mononucelotide (500 mg, the new anti-aging substance everything is raving over; it's supposed to increase cell turnover and other neat things like repair DNA), trimethylglyoine (250 mg, liver health, protects cells from stress, cell hydration), styphnolobium japonicum (150 mg, tree flowers from east Asia that boost immunity and heart health and reduce skin inflammation), and polygonum cuspidatum (100 mg, a very invasive form of bamboo that can support the liver, heart, and skin). The other four ingredients are completely inert and harmles; just the capsule and anti-caking agents.I took away one star for two reasons: A) the text on this bottle is exceptionally small, making it very difficult to read; B) this supplement has not yet been evaluated by the FDA. If you have any health issues definitely run this by your doctor before you start taking it.

it’s hard to review since I only been taking for 2 weeks. I haven’t noticed any changes in my skin yet or the way I feel. I’m confident. We shall see. but I am taking it. Arrived fast, nice packaging. Will come back to review after using for longer

My dark circles have lightened up a lot (they will never disappear I have had them MY WHOLE life) my uneven skin tone appears to have smoothed out some. A little less tired. It’s not a SIGNIFICANT difference but the subtle changes make it worth it. Pics are three weeks apart. Before and during.
