Our refund policy ensures that you keep smiling long after you've purchased your item, and we want to keep it that way no matter what. We'll be more than happy to replace or refund your item if it is defective, damaged, or if you're not satisfied with the results.

Due to the complexities of biology and genetic differences, Сata-Kor may not work for everyone. We understand that it can take time for products to show their full effect, and our product is no exception. Typically, our customers start seeing results after 35–40 days of consistent use. Therefore, we offer every customer a full refund if they are dissatisfied after using a Сata-Kor product or have a complaint.
Please note: No claims (health claims, nutrient content claims, structure/function claims, etc.) are being made about our products. We are simply stating that you can get your money back if you are dissatisfied and notify us via email.
Refunds will not be given to repeat or recurring customers, which we may determine based on email, phone number, shipping address, name, or some combination thereof. When purchasing a unit, only the price paid for the unit(s) will be refunded; shipping costs and additional units will not be refunded.
Due to the ingestible nature of our product and our commitment to reducing the risk of tampering for our customers, we do not accept returns.
